So, we fell off the wagon of daily updates. ?But with Will arriving soon, we'd probably better get back into the habit. ?For the moment, I'll see if we can get an email out each week. ?
We've had a pretty busy week, over last weekend, Aunt Erin watched Sarah while Trish and I were at UD for reunion weekend. ?Sarah had a great time last weekend and even got an extra day due to traffic in I75. ?Sarah had two more fun visits this week, on Wednesday her Grandpa stopped by for the evening and today her Uncle Dan stopped by for the afternoon.?
Attached are photos of Sarah playing outside, trying to grab water from the fountain, sitting on a swing with her Grandpa and getting ready to eat doughnuts.
It's been a long time since the last photos, but we've been very busy of late. ?So far we're still doing well on selling the house. ?We passed inspection and seem to be getting stuff packed up. This weekend Sarah was very patient with us as we saw a number of houses (most of which weren't worth seeing) and drove all over Cincinnati. ?We have an application in with a home and hope to hear back early this week.
As for further back, Sarah had a really good Christmas. ?She was much more excited about opening presents, though she didn't quite get why she couldn't play with things immediately. ?We were able to see the Klcos and Sarah's Aunts and Uncles. ?For New Years, we went down to Hocking Hills to stay in a cabin with friends. ?Sarah was really good and enjoyed playing with / around the older kids.
Over the last couple weeks, it's been mostly house stuff and getting ready to move.
We've had a busy last couple days.? On Friday we cleaned up, packed up and headed north to Port Clinton.? On Saturday, we went to the Heschel Christmas Party.? Sarah had a really good time playing with her cousins and running around being silly.
On Sunday, we woke up to a call from my parents telling us that Lansing was covered with ice and power was out. After doing some calling and verifying it seemed like the party would be moving to Grand Rapids and we couldn't make it up there in time.? We were disappointed to not be able to see our Lincolnhol family over Christmas, but you can't help the weather.
Yesterday, Sarah helped wrap presents for charity.
We also received some important news last night.? We are now in contract to sell our house.? We spent a good portion of the day signing documents and negotiating the details out with the buyer.? We're really excited about moving, now we just have to get through an inspection and closing.? Right now the closing is set for early February.
Attached are photos of Sarah for the last couple days.
Sounds like fun!? Safe travels!? Please be careful about coming to Lansing - check those weather reports they are looking at bad winter weather but it could go either way. Love ya

We've had a busy last several days. ?The weather here has turned very wintery. ?Sarah does seem to like the snow, we've had her out a couple times, but the last couple days have been very cold. ?Sarah has enjoyed having her Aunt Erin down this week. ?
We've been decorating a bit for Christmas. ?Sarah is fascinated by the ornaments and train.
Today, Sarah had her last swim class of 2013. ?She had a good time and is really kicking and looking like she's trying to swim.
Attached are photos from the last several days including an out-take of the squirmy worm when we were trying to take a Christmas photo.
Sarah has had a good couple days with her mommy. ?Yesterday she went to swimming and today she went to open play and put out her shoes for St. Nicholas.
Attached are photos of Sarah trying on mommy's heels, at swimming, being silly and putting out her shoes.
We had a really good Thanksgiving weekend. ?We went to Grandma Mary's house and Sarah got to see nearly all of her Campbell relatives. ?We also went to the Lights at the Toledo Zoo. ?Sarah really enjoyed everything except when we tried to get a photo with Santa. ?She started crying as soon as I walked out of the frame of the picture.
Sarah got a surprise visit from her Aunt Erin and Uncle Matt yesterday while I've been in San Francisco for work.
Attached are photos of Sarah from Thanksgiving and the Zoo.
Sure hope that Tricia and Sarah feel better soon so you all can enjoy the holidays. ?I hope you are taking good care of yourself too or you will be next. Dad and I are having a very creative/productive time up north working on metal and wood stuff. We will call you on our way back from the cottage some time this evening.?
Menswear shoes are all the rage this season.? She?s just staying on trend!

Sarah had a pretty silly day today. ?She found a tutu and put it on over her clothes. ?She then found a pair of my dress shoes and was walking around in those. ?Super cute! ?Otherwise, it was a pretty low key day, we ended up watching a
movie because the weather was really nasty out today. ?The tornado warning went off?when the bigger parts of the storm blew through,?so we did?have to take shelter for a little while, but it never really got too bad here.

Friday was a pretty low-key day for us. ?I was home unlike the rest of the week. ?On Saturday we had Sarah's Sing and Sign class then we did some grocery shopping. Today, Sarah's Aunt Erin will be visiting us and spending the next couple
days.

Attached are some photos of Sarah from the last few days including her helping cook and dancing & making music at Sing and Sign.
BOO-tiful! Looks like a fun fall day. Hope the yard clean up is going well too. Dad and I are having a productive weekend north. Lots of garden and yard cleanup and today dad is working on trimming the garage apartment. Will be nice to have it look more finished after 14 years! Love ya
Mom
Well we got back to Dayton after our long weekend in Port Clinton. ?Aunt Erin came down on Tuesday, so for the last couple days Sarah has had a fun time playing with her aunt and generally being silly. ?
Attached are photos of Sarah getting some frozen yogurt, trying on her mommy's shoe, making her own pizza and wearing the Browns pants her mommy made for her.
Looks like fun!
Dad and I had a great Artprize weekend. Nice weather and lots of time downtown. I head north on wed morning for almost a week to do some canning. Have a good week. Love ya
